Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received unless otherwise stated on the product page.

 

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

 

 

Shipping Carriers

 

CocoLager™ may use third-party shipping carriers including but not limited to:

 

* UPS

* USPS

* FedEx

* Other authorized carriers

 

Carrier selection may vary based on destination, package size, and service availability.

 

 

Shipping Rates

 

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and are based on:

 

* Delivery location

* Package weight

* Package dimensions

* Carrier rates

 

Any applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges will be displayed during checkout where required by law.

 

 

Delivery Estimates

 

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only.

 

CocoLager™ does not guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by:

 

* Carriers

* Weather conditions

* Natural disasters

* Labor disputes

* Government actions

* Customs processing

* Incorrect customer information

* Other events beyond our control

 

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

 

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:

 

* Additional shipping charges may apply

* Reshipment may require payment of new shipping costs

* Refunds may be reduced by shipping and handling expenses incurred

 

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

 

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with you to determine available resolution options.

 

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

 

CocoLager™ is not responsible for:

 

* Lost packages

* Stolen packages

* Carrier delays

* Delivery errors made by carriers

 

Customers are encouraged to purchase shipping protection when available during checkout.

 

If shipping protection is purchased, claims must be submitted according to the protection provider’s requirements.

 

 

Shipping Restrictions

 

CocoLager™ currently ships only to locations where shipment of our products is permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to locations where shipment is restricted or prohibited.

 

 

Pre-Order Policy

 

Pre-Order Products

 

Certain CocoLager™ products may be offered for pre-order prior to production, inventory availability, or official release.

 

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

 

* Your payment may be collected at the time the order is placed.

* Estimated shipment dates are estimates only.

* Production schedules may change.

* Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

 

 

Delays

 

While we make every effort to meet projected timelines, manufacturing, packaging, ingredient sourcing, regulatory review, shipping, and other factors may result in delays.

 

CocoLager™ shall not be liable for delays related to pre-order fulfillment.

 

 

Product Changes

 

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to:

 

* Packaging

* Labeling

* Product appearance

* Product specifications

* Ingredients (where legally permitted)

 

without prior notice.

 

 

Pre-Order Cancellation

 

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund before fulfillment begins.

 

Once an order enters production preparation, fulfillment processing, or shipment, cancellation requests may not be possible.

 

 

Returns & Refund Policy

 

Food and Beverage Products

 

Due to food safety, quality control, and regulatory requirements, all sales are final.

 

We do not accept returns of food or beverage products.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If you receive:

 

* A damaged product

* A defective product

* An incorrect order

 

please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at:

Include:

 

* Order number

* Description of the issue

* Photos of the product and packaging

 

We may, at our sole discretion:

 

* Replace the product

* Issue store credit

* Issue a refund

 

 

Refused Deliveries

 

Orders refused by the recipient may not be eligible for refund due to food safety restrictions.

 

Any approved refund may be reduced by shipping, handling, or carrier charges incurred.

 

 

Chargebacks

 

Customers agree to contact CocoLager™ first to attempt resolution of any order issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

 

 

Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

 

CocoLager™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

 

* Shipping delays

* Lost shipments

* Carrier errors

* Product availability

* Pre-order timing

* Website errors

 

Our maximum liability relating to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
